SCIFL hosted the Cecilio E Smalling Memorial Tournament on April 28 – 29, 2018 at Little Lake Park, Santa Fe Springs, CA. The tournament consisted of a round robin format on Saturday followed by a single elimination on Sunday.
A1 Rockies defeated the Smokers 8 to 1 to win the tournament.
